Traktor 2 doesn't open!

Hello my name is David, I have a big problem and I would like for you to help me if it's possible.

I just bought a new computer, features:
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
RAM: 8GB

The problem that I'm having is that when I install Traktor 2 on my new computer with Windows 10 the program doesn't open at all. I read on the Internet that this does have to do with the new CPU's but I don't know...

I would like you guys provide me a solution as soon as possible.

At the same time, I would like to know how to export the playlists and the folders that I have on my old computer where I used to use Traktor PRO 2 and like that keep all the playlists made.

Acabo de comprar un ordenador nuevo, características:

El problema que estoy teniendo es que al instalar Traktor 2 en mi nuevo ordenador con Windows 10 el programa no se abre del todo. He leído en internet que sí tiene que ver con las nuevas CPU's pero no sé....

Me gustaría que me dierais una solución lo antes posible.

Al mismo tiempo, me gustaría saber cómo exportar las listas de reproducción y las carpetas que tengo en mi antiguo ordenador donde utilizaba Traktor PRO 2 para así conservar las playlists hechas.

Espero que me podáis ayudar, espero vuestra respuesta.
