Traktor 3.1.1 8 - Relocate Files & Import another Collection not working

Traktor 3.1.1 8
MacBook 2,7 GHz Intel Core i7 2018
16 GB RAM

I'm frustrated:

I have a new MacBook and I want to transfer my collection (including all Archive playlists - very important for me) from the old MacBook.

Since I want a complete new install, I want to avoid Time Machine and Migration Assistant.

As a guide, I have meticulously adhered to the official guidance of NI.



At the point "Import Another Collection" it takes about two hours to get done (about 30000 tracks), although here too Traktor looks like it would crash.

Then it comes to the point "Check Consistency" to "Relocate Tracks".

Tractor then hangs up after about 10 minutes and crashes.

I have uploaded the error message.


When I reopen Traktor, all imported titles are gone, as if Traktor would be opened for the first time.


Am I doing something wrong? Where is the mistake?

Maybe 360005416278 is the ticket number?

If not how can I get a ticket?

 

Have you tried copy/paste the TRANCIENTS and STRIPES folders and COLLECTION file from the old machine to the new machine in NATIVE INSTRUMENTS folder ?
Or copy/paste the whole folder from old machine to the new ?
Then open Traktor and from preferences import settings.

Music folders have to be in location like in older machine e.g. D://music

I tried all of that.

And i know now that this is definitly a Traktor 3 bug!

I installed 2.11. on the same machine, making the same procedure - everything works fine!
