    Hey there.
I got the Hercules Mk 2 with Virtual DJ, but decided to leave it behind and switch to Traktor.
I've followed all the steps mentioned in this forum (loading file, setting up MIDI)
BUT... CC44 + CC47 is all dead... what to do ?

Running Vista 32 bit home premium btw

Well, you can start by testing your MK2 as a MIDI controller as described in this document:

    http://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00302.pdf

IF the EQ MID buttons are working there, there as to be a reason.

I haven't used Traktor 3.4 ina while, but isn't there a setting where you can select the type of EQ ? IF so, try changing to a 3 band type (LOW/MID/HIGH).

    Thx I'll try that :)
But the Hercules seems to work fine with VDJ, so it ain't a hardware malfunction

But I'll try the EQ thing in Traktor

I've taken a screendump of how it is at this point, hope you will help me out :)

    http://www.facebook.com/album.php?a...ved#!/photo.php?pid=115595&id=100000401287027

Kinda hard to see, but it goes 1,2 - A
    3,4 - B
Have tried other combo's as well, but no one did the job proper :(
I need to understand the logic behind this, please !

Small indeed, but I can see that you are set to EXTERNAL.

Are you suing the MK2 connected through a mixer or just by itself (speakers and headphones connected directly to the MK2)?

If the second case, switch to INTERNAL and set 1/2 to Master and 3/4 for monitor.

BTW, did you ever notice the profiles provided by Hercules on their support site:

    http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=177&cid=5

Maybe a bit late now since you'Ve already made your configuration , but....
