Traktor 3 and Traktor Scratch

Hello,

I haved cleared my hardware profiles from the NI Support.

Now i have the problem, i can't activate Traktor 3 and my Traktor Scratch by the Service Center.

i become the Error the System-ID is wrong oder invalid..

Can you help me? I have Contacted the NI Support, befor 2 days, an no action get

Theres nothing I can do until Monday, Please wait till end of day Monday to see if anything happens and let me know if you've heard nothing, I will followup then and find out status for you.

In the meantime can you please clarify exactly what is going on and what you've done on your end to resolve it. BTW if you de-activated a profile that you were using and your system has not changed then you'll need registration support to help you out.

Thanks, my Request Ticket is open over 3 Days.

My Problem, i have contaced the Support while my Traktor 3 System-ID locked.

The Ni Support has cleared my Locked System-IDs, now, actually none Hardware Profiles registred.

When i try activated my Traktor 3 or my Traktor Scratch then, i become the Message, that my System-ID is invalid...
