    Hi,

I've windows xp on a dell inspiron 6400 laptop and a BCD 3000 since two days.

and after many try (disable usb acpi , remove battery...) my isssue was always the same : freeze after some minutes.. no more BCD3000 control and no sound => need to restart tracker 3 Lite (with update).

    Kuchin,
i've follow your step by step howto from post
    " My Solution
10 EASY STEPS HOW TO SET UP YOUR BCD without PAUSES:"
and it seems to works like a charm !

but now my monitoring output is on the pc and i can't use "Phones vol" from BCD3000. "Phones mix" works.

Is there any way to map the "Phones vol" midi key from bcd3000 to the volume of my internal pc sound card ? if yes how ? (i've searching inside T3LEMidi.tks , T3LEKeyboard.tks, TDS3Midi.tks)

BCD3000 asio drivers seems to be a little younger and causing my freeze.

    thanks for answers,

Croc, the Phones Vol on the BCD is an analog pot for the headphone output of the BCD, no Midi-Controller. So this will not work.

    unwanted pause on pc laptop

I had the same trouble and it made me look real bad playing a live set. i was told to take my battery out and run off the mains and hay presto it worked. not sure how or why but traktor run's smooth everytime when i do it. Not sure if it works for mac's but it can't help to give it a go

Does not work for macs, but for Windows you can also disable the ACPI-conform-control method batter in the device manager.

Disable Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery

    Hey folks,
I see a few of you have found that removing the battery and working from the mains solves the issue.

To save you from having to remove the battery every time you want to DJ all you have to do is the following:

Right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > Batteries

Right click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and chose disable.

You will now find all your prayers answered! No more freezes

My Traktor 3 LE + BCD3000 setup was completely freezing after random amounts of time. Someone on this thread recommended disabling the DVD/CD ROM. After I did that in the device manager everything worked perfectly! :D (it must have been an IRQ conflict?) Thank you to whomever suggested that!

ARGGGG i have done EVERYTHING that people have said to do. the ten easy steps FAILED, disabling pretty much everything FAILED. i got my bcd yesterday arvo at 4 and i sat there trying to fix it untill 1 am then got back on it this morning ad i still haven't had any luck. i am really pissed at behringer it is meant to be plug and play not read the whole manual over and over and read everything on the internet untill you just give up FU*K this is annoying. first it was just the sound pausing which was annoying but i was having too much fun with it last night to care and after doing everything that people have said it has helped the sound a little bit BUT NOW traktor doesnt respond when i press buttons or say i put the flange on which works fine but then when i turn it off it stays on, the low, mid and high kills do this also. we shoudnt have to do this crap behringer should make a product that works, im pretty sure thats why they get paid.

if anyone can help that would be great i greatly appreciate what you are all doing but i would rather behringer do something about it cause then it wont be so annoying for the next person that thingk this looks like a good product.
