Traktor 3 LE does not show VCI 100 as MIDI

Hi.
I've purchased VCI 100 with the Traktor 3 LE "attached".
When I installed the Traktor to my McBook PRO 17" (Mac OS x 10.5.8) and launched it I could not see the VCI 100 controller in MIDI devices. At the same time it was there in Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup.
I tried to search and found that this problem really exists and was advised to download and run the patch. (http://www.native-instruments.com/forum ... hp?t=63071)
I did all according to the manual. No result. Then I have deleted both Traktor and Service centre using AppDelete, installed again using patch... still no result!
Please advise!

 

Hi, please ask Vestax first, if the can replace your Traktor 3 LE license with the new Traktor Le license (Which is based on traktor Pro, rather than Traktor 3).
If they don't want to do this reinstall Traktor and the Service Center. When registering/installing make sure to check vci 100 setting checkbox.

i'm running os x10.6 the vci100 (packaged with traktor le) dosn't show in my system preferences as fast track pro and audio2dj do, however if i connect all (powered usb hub) in preferences in traktor le vci appears checked as supported midi device and works fine as controller all pre-mapped for le. Only prob i got is the issues with traktor le & os x10.6 so i'm upgrading to pro.
