Traktor 3 LE not installing correctly

Ok, here's my issue. I have a new mixtrack pro from numark after using a BCD3000 Behringer for a year.

I un-installed Traktor to reload it and have the software detect the new hardware. However, now when I go to install the software it will not stay on my computer. It will show the desktop shortcut and go through the entire install but when I go to open Traktor or service center it tells me the exe file is not there. What can be causing this.

Also I'm having issues with service. I lost my original registration info for traktor 3 LE and when I created a new user name and went to put in my serial # it won't let me register it saying someone else already registered that software. Well its me that registered it. I need to be able to access the service center in order to get to the set up wizard to select the numark mixtrack pro settings.

If anyone can help me take care of this issue tonight I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

 

you just need to recativate your servicecenter account (not Traktor) to get your activation for Traktor.

Your serial is saved there, if you don't remember your pw, contact Ni support or try to contact some mods here.

 

I did contact tech support and they are going to recover my original service center stuff, but then I need to figure out why when I install Traktor it doesn't stay on my laptop. Tells me its damaged, move or corrupted when I try to open it back up and I loaded it from a real product disc that came with a BCD3000.

 

Ok, I had the software loaded on a different computer and everything was responding but no sound.

Even worse when I try to install the new traktor 2 pro on my current laptop, it will not install correctly. Its going through the entire set up but once done and I try to open it, I'm being told that the software is not there. That its been moved or no longer exist.

Could I be blocked in anyway by native instruments from installing or is this a virus on my computer? I've downloaded other software and it was fine, but I installed VDJ and the same thing happened.
