traktor and hercules?

    Hi. im just wondering if anyone out there has had the same problem as me!
    I've being using traktor le with a hercules console (mac edition) for well over a year with no problems,
    I recently updated the traktor software only to find that the console no longer works with the software?
    I would really appreciate if someone would help me with this problem.

    What doesn't work anymore? Midi-controller / soundcard / both

    Did you update to the latest LE-version or to Traktor 3.3?

    Does the herc appear in the midi-settings and is it selected ("X")?

    I guess that you connect the herc BEFORE you launch Traktor!

    Thanks for the reply!
    I updated the traktor le software, and since,the hercules controller will not function at all!
    All i get is the sound out through the main output, none of the buttons work!
    I have tried connecting the herc before and after launching traktor, no change?

    I have to connect my DN-HD2500 before launching Traktor, if I will get it working.

    For my other controllers, I HAVE to connect my midi-interface (which is the Audio8DJ) before launching Traktor.

    That's why I guess that connecting the midi-controller BEFORE launching Traktor should be the safest way to rule out problems caused by connecting later.

    I have only the Traktor LE-Demo and am not sure what could be different for the full-version.

    Did you check if your interface is recognized in
    Preferences > Midi Setup > Supported Midi Interface
    and that it is active ("X")?
