Traktor DJ on Ipad with Kontrol 2 MK 2 - Tempo Fader / Low Output

#1 - Hi. I mix without Beat sync. I have the feeling, that I have to put the Tempo Fader always to "0" before I load a new Track. If I don't do
it like this, for Example, it was on plus 8% by loading the new Track, then I can't Pitch it up anymore. But the Tempo of the Track is the original Tempo, not the plus 8% pitched. #2 - I have always a very low Output and no real Punch from the Kontrol S2 MK 2 output compared with D.J.'s I play Back to Back, who are Laptop D.J's with external soundcards from Different Brands or much more expensive big Controllers or on Technics 1210. I send the signal also thru the same DJ Mixer Line Input, (of cause on another Channel) to the P.A.
Does anybody has the same experience? Any suggestions?

 

not sure about the S2, but it is easy with the S4:
pressing/hold shift key and you can remove the pitchfader to any position
