Traktor dj tracks not loading

    I am using Traktor DJ with a new ipad mini I cant load songs in to it form the pull up menu
    THE MENU PULLS UP
    THE SONGS ARE THERE
    I HILIGT THE SONG I WANT
    SLIDE THE A/B TRACK TO SELECT THE LOCATION
    BACK TO MAIN SCREAN NOW
    THE SONG IS NOW LISTED IN THE DECK I WANT,
    BUT NO SOUND WAVE IS IN THE BOX

    IT WORK ONCE
    I HAVE REINSTALLED IT
    AND STILL NO GO

    I SEE IT SAYS " Analyzing 28 of 887 - DJ2 " NEXT TO THE SEARCH BAR IN THE PULLUP SONG MENU ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE
    ON ONE OF THE REINSTALLS I DID IT SAID
    " Analyzing 51 of 887 - DJ2 "
    DOSE ANY ONE HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM

    What format are your files? Mp3?

    This does look quite odd... are you sure these file play properly in iTunes..?

    Might be a good idea to file a Support Ticket and attach one of the files that will not play, one that Traktor DJ is analysing or is hanging on analysis. Support can take a look at the file.

    Traktor DJ not loading songs

    I have exactly the same issue...

    After a couple of weeks of faultless performance it has locked up.

    I reinstalled the program it worked again but has now stopped again.

    It appears to have stopped part way through analysing my songs (which are mainly itunes format, with some mp3s).

    I'll file a support ticket...but any help would be appreciated.

    I'm having a terrible time with this, traktor worked perfectly then I synced with my mac to update playlists to play live, since then it won't load any songs not even ones that loaded fine before. I've re installed everything and re booted- still not working, I was loving this app. Please help

    Hi Goobay...I think I found the answer to this.

    Go into your your songs list and look to see if Traktor is stuck analysing a song. Whatever that song is delete it from Itunes and you should be working again.

    I get this problem with one particular song so I've just stopped Itunes from syncing that.
