Traktor download problem

Hi, I recently bought a second hand kontrol s4. The seller has sent me an email confirming that he has deregistered the software, traktor pro s4 and traktor pro 2 update. He never gave me any install cd and I can't figure out how I register those serial numbers to my account so I can download the software. Any help would be much appreciated as I can't find anything on the forums already.

Call support...open up a ticket and see if they can verify and maybe they can set you up.

I also read on another thread that you can purchase a new license from the website for $99 (?) ...

But just so you know, there are no installation disks. There is a small form with 2 serial numbers that comes in the S4 box. One for the hardware, the second for the software. On that form there is also a web address (http://www.native-instruments.com/en/hardware-registration/tks4/) you need to visit in order to plug in the serial #'s for software, that will allow you download the traktor.
