Hi, i'm new here. So couple days ago i have bought my new Traktor Kontrol S2 MKII. But i have a problem with one Jog Wheel. Right Jog Wheel doesn't let me scratch like left one. I think everything you can see on the video:

I have read some tutorials on internet and i understand that i should calibrate right Jog wheel. On tutorials they say that i must push jog on 12,3,6 and
9 o'clock. But my calibrating menu is a litle bit different as you can see on video. They only say that I must push "Load" button for 2s but when I did it nothing happened.

Does anybody know suloution of this problem?

Thank u and sorry for my english

I too have wondered what the jog wheel calibration process is for the S4 Mk2. It does not cover it in the Mk2 manuals, and it is definitely different from the Mk1 process. I think that NI needs to at least cover it in the support knowledge base....?

Did you ever find out why it was doing this? I have the Traktor S2 MK2 and am having the exact same problem as in the videos.

    Cheers, -fidjit...

    It was a hardware problem.

Computer or S2? I ended up removing the aggregated device that I set up in mac os It had the s2 in it and it seemed to help. I played for about 1 hour yesterday with no issues and then on the second to last song of my set, deck b load light started blinking again.
