Traktor Kontrol X1 already shipping?

I'm just curious whether someone already got the Kontrol X1 shipped by NI directly as I ordered one at the weekend?
It's really strange that others already bought one while it shouldn't be available till February 1st.
Additionally did anyone deal with webshop support of NI before? I sent them a mail that there was a mistake (accidently the invoice address was the same as the shipping address) but didn't get a reply so far - a bit slow when you ask me...

I haven't seen anyone getting one direct just yet. I think only people in Italy and Spain have picked them up at local shops. I am in the states and ordered one from Guitar Center. First they said 1/13 for ship date and now 1/19. When I pre-ordered I knew NI said Feb 1st so I guess anytime before that is just a bonus.

 

As said a few times already, NI are not responsible for stores selling there X1s before the agreed release date of 1st Feb.

I dont know why this isnt understood. NI release date is 1st Feb, so that is when they will ship.

 

I'm not worried about it not already beeing shipped anyways. I was just curious that other people got it already... Although I'm worried about not getting any answer from support regarding my invoice address...

Although it wont help, i can say that i think Sales/Support is swamped at the moment due to the X1 being imminent.

I have my Kontrol but I didn't purchase it directly from NI... I'm in Montreal and I purchased it at Moog

 

I was told by a dealer in NYC that NI shipped Kontrol X1's today... so it will be in shops by next week, eg Feb 1st, as advertised. Theyre on the way people.. one more week!

 

got my shipping confirmation from NI today so should have it by friday according to UPS tracking.

I hope there will be shipped enough to webshops so there will be no longer wait after 1 feb

 

One of the dealers I get gear from said NI is already sold out and isnt shipping anymore til March so whichever shops have them, theyre the only ones having them in stock until March

My x1 supplier told me my recieval date has been delayed until mid feb. I'm in Australia and haven't heard anyone in oz has one. So i geuss we'll just have to wait

i talked to several shops in Germany today...some of which hadn't recieved any X1s yet and said, that according to N.I. they won't recieve any until Mid March and the other shops all told me that they, just like you didn't recieve enough X1s to even cover their preorders!

One dude I talked to from Thomann said, that he had never seen anything like this!
They recieved 200 X1 yesterday, but so far have over 300 preoders to cover....he told me no other DJ-product had had such a big preoder list before!
Oh and no word at all so far as for where the cases are and when they will be delievered!

 

I got mine this afternoon. Chuffed with them but like anything, it takes a bit of getting used to. Also, when using 2 X1s, the effects are mapped in a weird way which took some figuring out...

Other than that, they seem great! (oh and I got 2 x cases as well)

 

I pre-ordered mine from N.I. on 12/21, and I have yet to hear anything from them.
