TRaktor Kontrollers X1, F1, Z1 big problem

Hi, my kontroller Z1, X1, and F1 doesn’t responds/recognize with Traktor pro 2.11.13. I use a macbook pro retina quad i7 – Os Sierra (last version) + Traktor Pro 2.11.13 that I use for my lives performance. Everything was ok for a month, and now the controllers are out. They work well now on my old macpro with mac os 10.7 Lion and an old version of Traktor. So it’s not a problem of hardware, but software with the macbook pro configuration. How does to reinstall everything (drivers, Traktor pro) properly and safetly ? The Z1 work in audio interface, VU meters are ok, theX1, F1,Z1 leds are ok, but the controllers pot or faders doesn’t respond with traktor Pro Software.

Please help, I’ve lost 5 longs hours yesterday in the studio, reinstall all drivers and different or old Traktor pro version, but same problem appears everytime.
