traktor Le 3 freezing- with BCD 3000

I use BCD 3000, and traktor le 3. my computer is way above the spec required for the program , but recently has started to freeze during playback. It plays for a while, but freezes and the audio signal goes from green to red. i have to re boot to get it to work again. The CPU indicator is only two.This is the second laptop I have tried with this program, as it froze on the laptop before after a few seconds, so i upgraded the laptop, which is not new, but as I say above the spec for the program.


I am contacting behringer at the moment. They say there may be a problem with compatability with my processor, but it is an intel processor ( centrino duo), surely the most common type of processor! They say I need to 'flash bios'. I dont know what this means , so have contacted them again.

Has anyone got any ideas , or had anything similar?

Which operating system exactly? Set performance of your computer to "full performance".

 

try disabling your wireless modem,ethernet modem,dvd drive, this are the things that get in the way of the BCD3000 freezes and crashes. happens because of this divices are enabled . after usig your BCD 3000 in a gig you can enable them back. this you can do in control panel,sistem,device mannager.
