Hello, I recently got a BCD3000 from my mom for christmas (I know it's tomorrow...) and have spent close to 6 hours trying to get it to work with traktor..I am close to certain that the drivers are set up for windows 7, I have ASIO v 2 set and when I click on settings it says BCD3000 is active. However, the controller controls nothing, in fact, traktor actually lights up the controller when I press a button on my laptop. when I plug my headphones in there is sound on either the headphone jack or the laptop. I do not have speakers at the moment...does anyone have any help? I know that I should contact behringer but I figure this is worth a shot... also, I have no bcd3000 control panel. it makes a brr dupe sound when i turn it on but no icon. I do not know how to uninstall it as there is no icon.

open traktors preferences, click on "Setup wizard" and import the "BCD3000 LE" not the "BCD300" setting file when the wizard asks you "Do you have a controller..?" or something like that.
this setting file says Traktor how to handle the incoming control data.

    hmmm

first of all, happy holidays and thank you so much for your reply! second, I think we're getting somewhere...I did as you said, and afterwords the audio device says BCD3000 ASIO, but it also says please connect and select and audio device. so...maybe it is the drivers? Windows 7 seems to think that the BCD is connected and working fine, but Traktor doesn't think that it is plugged in...if I select ASIO from the list of audio devices, then the BCD3000 option doesn't come back until i redo the setup wizard. It also lists Speakers (2- BCD3000) (Wasapi Shared) as an option for the audio device. I really don't know what is going on but I am hopeful that I can get this working with some help. :)

The wasapi drivers are not for Dj use (just for multi media applications).
I have a problem very close to yours with the "PLEASE CONNECT.." with my Denon under Traktor Pro, what helps me is:
    - open Traktor
    - if the "missing device message" comes, open preferences
    - select another interface (e. g. built in sound card)
    - wait until it's recognized
    - then select your BCD as device

this behaviour seems to be a bug in Traktor (Pro) 1 and is fixed in Traktor (Pro) 2.
