Traktor LE, Ecler Nuo4, and Time Code Vinyl

Hi,

Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot. Moderators seem to get a little touchy on this board, IMO.

I'm going to buy a Nuo4 soon, and it comes w/ LE. Since the Nuo4 has MIDI capability, can I just buy the time code vinyls separately, and the Nuo4 becomes the interface, and LE becomes Traktor Scratch?

My question:
can I use time code vinyls with Traktor LE, and the Nuo4?

so if I get the nuo4, I have to buy the Traktor skratch software to integrate my turntables into the mixing process?

If yes, can I then get around buying the interface hardware? Meaning, if I don't have to spend $600 on the Traktor Skratch set up, but just buy timecode vinyls and a nuo4, then can I buy a less expensive upgrade from LE to Skratch? would this even be cost effective when it's all said and done?

Is there an inexpensive way to use my turntables, and the ecler nuo4, and get Skratch, without buying the whole Native Instruments interface?
