Traktor LE & Mixtrack Pro

Hi guys

I know you have seen these problems all before but I believe that my case might be different.

Been pulling my hair out about this for a while but its another headphone problem. I follow all of the setup exactly how they explain it. All the drivers are set up and ticked in the settings for traktor.

My mixtrack pro works, im using external speakers plugged into the back of them and tried to connect my headphones to the front of the mixtrack pro. Now the problem comes when trying to use them both, I will only get the sound out of the 2 at the same time and will only come when I have the cue button enabled. There is no mixing involved the cross fader between the two does not work at all. But it is picking up the mixtrack as i can scratch and press play etc.

So annoying, just want this to work now.

Just an update.

I sorted out the mixer cross fader problem.

just still the issue of the headphones playing whatever is playing through the speakers. And not what i cue.

I have a brand new mac book pro and running mix track pro with Traktor LE.

I have the usb connection running for my Mac to the MTP which is carrying the sound straight through to my M-audio speakers via the 1st output at the back of the unit.

I have been into the sound settings....for my audio setup i have selected the MTP as my audio device and i have been to my sound settings on my mac and have selected the sound output option for the MTP NOT the built in audio but still no Cue from that front Headphone output.
when i push the cue button all i get is an Amplified sound of the cue coming over the top of my speakers.....GRRRRRR!
i have tweaked the cue gain and cue mix but still no luck........When going into the sound Preferences in Traktor LE i only have the options for monitor and master output....im guessing if I'm just ****ing around indoors monitor is what i need right?
If i choose External mixer over internal i do get another option for preview output but it says not connected...as i drop down the menu i have no choices!

I really want to get this sorted.......any help from anyone would be wicked!

Is this on Traktor LE 2 or LE?

Did you check the Output Routing?

got the same problem,tested on multiple PC's, on windows xp/7 32/64 bit.
can't get it to work
