Traktor LE on two computers.

i know this has been posted many times but I still cant get any results.

im trying to activate traktor le on two computers. have installed and activated it on my pc and registered with the traktor service center. have just installed traktor on my mac but cant activate it. i cant log into the service center on my mac either. how can i activate traktor on my mac?

i have read on other threads that i need to go to the support site but which support site is this?

please help!

 

why can't you login on that?

are you maybe logged on on the other account still?

 

Frace, thanks for your speedy reply. Im pretty sure thats not the case as I have closed down Traktor and the service centre on my PC and this would log me out, right?

As I said, when trying to log into Service Centre on my Mac it wont let me. From the other threads I've read I have to go to the "Support Site" and download an upgrade from there and activate it on my seconnd computer. Do you know what service site this is? I cant log into the N.I site for any tech support or upgrades with my registered details and when I try and set up a N.I account it doesnt recognise my Traktor serial number.

Have you activated this copy of traktor on a third computer already?

It can only be activated on 2 machines simultaneously.

 

its only installed on my pc and mac. only activated on the pc.
