I sold my Vestax Typhoon set with Traktor LE. The guy who bought it, can't use Traktor LE because it says that the serial number is already registered. I tried to transfer the license but when I log in, it says that there are no registrations. How can I help this guy? I already send an e-mail to support, but maybe there is an easier way to solve this problem. Does anyone know if they can give the guy a new serial number or something like that? Right now he is only able to use the demo version. Thanks a lot!
