Traktor LE serial number not working

    I just bought a Reloop Mixage IE controller which comes included with Traktor LE 2. I followed the insturctions however, when I entered the serial number to activate it, it claimed the number was invalid. What can I do?

    I'm also having the same trouble, I got the mk2 mix age for christmas and now I'm stuck with the 30min trial version. Also lost out on money for sets over New Years :(( I emailed native instruments on Christmas Day but I am yet to get to get a response. But I've heard that there was a misprint on a batch of traktor le. Any help would be great!

    I contacted the dealer that I got the controller from and they just e-mailed me a new serial number. If only I had known it was that simple...
