Traktor lights wont go off?

    hi there was hoping to get some help on this :)
    when i boot my computer the deck A and B and both the 00 lights stay on. it was not doing this before and when i would use traktor and shut down the lights that were being used would turn off , any of the last lights to be used still stay on now ?
    not sure what info you might need to know so sorry if this is message is vague.
