Traktor NOT SAVING cue points/beatgrid

    Title says it all. . . I spend more time on Traktor beatgridding tracks and setting cue points than actually mixing. after I have beatgridded the tracks, I lock the tracks, and I make comments on the track through iTunes to remind me the tracks are beatgridded. It's becoming apparent Traktor is not saving all my beatgrids and cue points, which is a complete waste of time. I use the S4, so I don't know if its more with the hardware or software.

    traktor 2.6; macbook pro, kontrol s4; tracks are locked after i am done beatgridding, upon opening up traktor again, i notice some of the tracks re-anaylze as if i never locked the tracks, or some of the cue points aren't saved.

    Are your files write-protected? On the same computer as Traktor? Wonder what would happen if you copied the tracks and put them in a new folder.
