Traktor Pro 2.8 - FONTS missing!!!

    BIG problems with fonts in 2.8!!!
    (same thing was in 2.7.5)

    1. Impossible to chose any Font except "Trakor"... ?!
    2. I cannot see Russian words in tag's tracks - only "spaces" (same problem with other languages?) !!! "Spaces" anywhere - in Browser, in Deck!!! I see ONLY English letters in Tags....?!

    IMPOSIBLE TO WORK .... Thank u for this "gift"....

    Why didn't you report it when you encountered it with 2.7.5?

    Same here. Only one font available = Traktor
    Additionally, unable to view Russian characters. Fix this ASAP. Also provide a workaround until patch / update is released.
    I am NOT a happy camper right now.

    +1. Only one Traktor font. Maybe it's time to fix all bugs with international fonts? I'm waiting when NI fix russian language and search problems with capital letters. One my thread is closed: Traktor Pro 2 search problem with Russian Tags. Another one discussion is here.

    Admin, do you know if NI is looking into this at all? The issue with fonts missing and incompatibility of the Traktor font and other languages is causing me MAJOR issues. I am very displeased with NI. I also email support but no one replied. Maybe its time to sell my NI gear and move on to another product?

    They know about this problem

    Its in the 2.8 release notes that this is a known issue. Which means they are working on it. But you may be waiting a month or so for 2.8.1. Over the next week or so I'm sure there will be a few more bug reports and they will want to fix all the bugs they can before releasing an update. You can use older versions of traktor in the meantime.

    Under mac go to Applications > Native instruments > traktor folder, and you will see other versions

    I think under windows you should find this where you installed it like Program files > Native instruments > Traktor > traktor 2.7.3 / 2.7.1 / 2.6.7 etc

    Same problem with Bulgarian (Cyrilic) tracks . Traktor load only :Traktor: fonts .
    (Why pay for software . support is bad )

    The behaviour you are reporting is a known issue :

    "TP-10458 - Only Traktor font is available"

    We have just created a hotfix update which should be released within the next 48
    hours. Please check your NI Service Center for the new update soon.
