Traktor Pro 2 Activation

    Recieved TSP2 through the post today installed and tried to activate but it comes up with an error saying

    Not activated - the upgrade/update could not be activated because your user account does not contain the appropriate base product (2001)

    I have TSP activated and working fine

    Anyone any ideas?

    I have the exact same problem. I had registered Traktor 3 LE and I bought Traktor Pro 2 upgrade download and it tells me the same thing. I sent 2 emails already and no response from them yet. :(

    Yeah I have TSP installed on my mac and I bought the TP2 upgrade instead of the TSP2 upgrade so the serial wont activate.

    Can you help? I have raised two tickets and just waiting to hear back but its been a week now.
