Traktor Pro 2 and MPD32 mapping problem

    I've successfully mapped my MPD32 and everything works as I want it to except for one problem. The pad I have mapped to select/set+store HotCue 2 for Deck B also starts/pauses Deck A from its current location. I've checked everything and that pad is not mapped to do anything else, and I've tried remapping it and saving a new .tsi file but I can't figure out why it's playing Deck A. Does anyone know what might be causing this and what can be done?
