Traktor pro 2 not starting

hey,

I just got myself a new laptop for christmas and I have downloaded my previously purchased traktor pro 2. I Downloaded the software from my account on the NI website, but it refuses to open. Theres no pop up windows or error codes from my computer, it just doesnt open. I tried to uninstall it and then download it again through natives access, again, no result. Its doing my head in ☹️
Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Traktor would open and run fine on my old computer which wasnt as powerful as my new one.

So an update, tried to download the demo for traktor pro 3 to see if that would work any better. Once again its having the same problem, not opening at all. Not sure what I’m meant to do if I can’t even use my product.
