Anyone else had freezes on Traktor 3.5 on Mac 10.14.6, MBP mid 2015? The program keeps playing, and the keyboard works, just the cursor stops.
It restarts if you switch apps via the keyboard, so other apps use the cursor fine, but it refreezes in another position when you go back in to Traktor.

Really weird, usually Traktor is solid but happened for the last few updates, not just 3.5.1. Reverting back to 3.4, and might go back to 3.2 if that still does it.

Looked at threads here and on the NI Support, nothing seems specifically for this problem or refer to later Macs - all I can think is maybe it's the graphic switching but it's already using Discrete graphics and I have a tool to show which graphics is being used, I know it stays on 'd' not 'i' - and I need switching for other things.

Never had this problem before, been using Traktor since v2 (not Pro, v2!)

You're not alone. I've had my mouse cursor disappear while using the last couple of versions of Traktor 3. Currently on 3.4.2 it happens at least once per 5 hour gig. Now that I know how to fix it I don't stress too much (option - command - escape, then simply close the pop-up window), but it used to cause big issues. You can't move or even find the cursor with the track pad or mouse. I'm running a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019),
    2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, with 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.

Mine is a little different, the cursor 'sticks' and is visible and switching windows and going back in like that just 're-sticks' it. The only way to solve it is to restart Traktor. Not good when I'm recording/DJing live!

Both 3.5 and 3.4 do this - I have gone back to 3.2 - had to re-import and redo a lot of settings since they didn't import directly, but I just did 3 hours of recording and it was fine. But I find the audio quality and also tuning/DJing smoothness/syncing etc isn't as good as the newer versions.

Update: I've gone to NI Support and to be frank they are useless - just a form list of removing essential stuff like Malwarebytes (yeah having no malware scanner seems like a bad idea, bit like removing an antivirus?), Mac Fan Control (?) and switching off graphics switching - thing is, I've had Malwarebytes installed for years, and automatic graphic switching enabled for decades and been using Traktor since v2 - not Pro, I mean Traktor 2, so nothing major has changed. I've disabled what I can (including graphics switching) especially anything new but it's still happening.

I have Turbo Boost disabled, tried re-enabling it, doesn't seem to make a difference.

The weird thing? Go back to 3.2.19, all fine. Which makes me think it's not my machine since why is 3.2 fine with iut? I didn't install 3.3 but I've tried 3.5.1, 3.5 and 3.4.2 256 and they do the freeze thing.

Also can I install old versions like 3.3 anywhere to try that? And any suggestions what this might be - locking back I'm finding similar things all the way back to 2011 and 2013, so it's not a new bug, and I see freeze crashes on the new MBPs, not sure it's the same. And the list of things to uninstall suggests to me NI don't know what's doing it. I can't see any CPU thread running when it happens.

Wondering if it's some incompatibility with the graphics card, or a Mojave issue - I don't really want to upgrade yet as a lot of old 32 bit hardware and software will go bye bye....

TBH if this keeps happening I might switch to Serato or VDJ, even though I don't really like them, because this makes Traktor unworkable. Only big issue with Serato is the lack of routeable audio without hardware - not a massive problem with my control but not sure I can set it to use a virtual cable to my DAW - basically loopback. This might be less of an issue now as a new audio interface I'm getting supports loopback.
