Closed Traktor PRO 3 filters issue

Hi Guys,
I have a really annoying issue with Trakotr pro 3 and my s4 mk3 that i need to find a fix for. For some reason when im using the decks, randomly (on their own) the filters will kick in and completely ruin the whole mix/recording, it can either be low path or high path, this lasts for about a second then the music cuts back in.

Any idea why this is happening or if i can find a fix for it ?

have you mapped functions and buttons on a controller or laptop keyboard? try resetting the controller manager

 

its on an s4 MK3 controller, not keyboard

 

do you mean that the filter knob rotates mechanically?)) I wrote about the controller OR the keyboard. The question remains the same

 

no, im not touching any of the knobs, im not even using effects, im mixing a song and the filters just turn on by themself, i assume its more of a software glitch or issue

 

I may not have accurately written this in English, as it is not my native language. I suggest you check the manager controller. Did you mapped any knobs on the controller to the Traktor in the controller manager?

 

not sure if this makes any difference or not, it was on Traktor pro 2 generic keyboard settings previously, have just changed to traktor s4 mk3

 

could you record a video of this problem?

 

this is my biggest issue, i cant make it happen, the decks/software will be working perfectly then randomly it happens for a split second, so tough to film it

 

harrytry15 First I'd recommend to remove the Traktor Settings.tsi file from the Root folder while Traktor is closed. If the issue persists, I believe it could be an issue with S4. In this case please open a support ticket: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053697-DJ
