Traktor Pro 3 "Flushing Background Tasks" Freeze

I just can repeat myself... since I disabled tag-writing (all!) I didn't experience any crashes anymore

also: make constant library-saving a habit

 

Do you know, if you disable writing all tags, then, one day decide you want all that info in your .mp3 files as well as the collection, can you turn tagging back on, and have the info written from your Traktor collection, to the .mp3 files?

 

Cannot confirm that one yet.

I did indeed enable tag-writing every now-and-then in then meanwhile, but didn't check the files tags yet... need to do that.

 

I decided I want this now but, nope, flushing tasks and a day's worth of work for nothing...

 

When I try to open Traktor Pro 3, a message pops up to say 'Your hardware has changed. Please open Native Access to reactivate'. When I click on open Native Access it just shuts down immediately after a message pops up very quickly then disappearing saying 'Flushing background tasks'. I can open open the demo version but I already have a licence for Traktor Pro 3 that came with the Traktor Kontrol S2 Mark 3 I bought when it came out. I have downloaded the latest version of Native Access and downloaded the latest driver for Traktor Pro 3 and am running on the latest operating system for Mac so don't know what else I can do!

 

I'm using Windows. Actually problem appears when analyzed file is running in another application. Close the program and background flushing window will dissapear
