Traktor Pro 3 Jumping to track collection

Hi,

Traktor Pro 3 seems to randomly jump from the file system location I'm browsing in the browser to the very top Track Collection node in the browser.

It gets really annoying to be in the folder I want and then for it to jump and to have to constantly scroll back and find the folder again.

It's possible I'm just bumping something and not aware of it. Is anyone else having this issue or is there a keyboard shortcut or button combo that makes this happen? Or maybe there is a configuration option?

I'm on the latest Traktor pro (it happened in the previous version too), and I'm using the Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3.

I have had this happening to me also, although not very often. I do not use the keyboard other then the spacebar to open or close the browser. Up until now I have not found a way to trigger this behaviour. Also using S4 mk3. Can not remember if this ever happend on Traktor Pro 2 with a S4 mk1.

 

This is a very old, known bug and exists since TP 2 when i remember correctly and it really annoys me all the time!
My little un-annoying workaround is to tip the arrow down on the keyboard one time or scroll with my browser knob (x1 / z2) down.

 

Dang that's too bad. Hopefully it will get fixed eventually because it is driving me crazy, but at least I know I'm not imaging it.

I will have to remember the arrow down tip.

Maybe I will file a bug report. Thanks guys.

 

Somebody fixed it? I have a touchbar 2017 MBP, traktor 3.2.1.9 and Mojave

 

I'm having the same issue , (win 10) , it jumps back like every time i scroll (with keys or with traktor control buttons) , i tried changing all possible settings (not writing tags, uncehcking all thinkable sttings,) nothing helps,
I want my money back.

 

Сomrade, it is! One of the many bugs that annoy. Generally surfing between collections is very inconvenient.

 

Yes this is really annoying and i have it since the beginning!! .. come on native instruments fix this!
