traktor pro 3 - put master tempo clock on title bar

    put master global tempo on the traktor title bar when the global read section is hidden.

    if you choose to hide the global section within the traktor options it hides the global tempo altogether which is not ok.

    on smaller laptops the global header takes up way to much room, i see the global volume vu meter is retained on the title bar and master tempo clock should be next to it!!
