Traktor Pro 3 still having issues with lost playlists and archives

So several times (with the updated (3.4.2 256)) when I exit out of Traktor, it never saved the playlist I created, nor the archive. I open it up again later, and they're non existent.

Frustrating. Any ideas? Thx

Maybe I'm naive, but is the Playlist and Archive connected to the Collections? All of these links pertain to Collections, but the issue I am having is with the Playlist and Archive trees. I couldn't find a find to import a playlist into the collection. I can export the playlist, but what is happening (quite randomly) is I prep a playlist, play the music, etc, then close Traktor. When I reopen it, the last playlist(s) is completely gone, and the Archive shows no history of ever playing music on that day.
