The waveform is really choppy, like its running on 15 fps, but its only in Fullscreen mode i have noticed. I am running a dual screen setup (fullHD) WIN10, nothing special.
I have checked the system, its running max 15% cpu load.
I also noticed when i scroll fast through a track it take some time to load the waveform in,
which i found really surprising. Is traktor not loading it all into RAM upon loading/analyzing a track into the deck?
I play FLAC files from a USB-C 3.1 External M.2 Hard Disk which is plenty fast. The S4 mk3 is connected to a front panel 2.0 usb port.

    Thanks for your Idears/Help!

I have got the same for some time now. I close and open full view usually but yesterday even that didn’t help. Impossible to use the waveform when it stutters. Jitters. Btw controller fully plugged in

Does it do the same when loading a track from the internal hdd/SSD as opposed to your external drive?

Does it do it when the controller is not connected?

Don’t really know. I only DJ or jam at home with the controller. Never only on laptop.

It would be a good idea to try it without the controller connected to see if the issue persists. Trial and error is always a good process to find out if anything changes. If you use only laptop and it fixes the problem you know the problem lies with the controller, possibly the drivers or usb ports.

For example I used to use an NI external audio card connected to an external mixer. When I changed my setup and bought an S4 MK3 it created a lot more load on the CPU and I got a lot more latency issues so I had to do some system tweaks. It was obviously the S4 that caused the issue as that was the only thing I changed.

Do you mind if I ask when this happens, does the music jitter as well? I am having this issue using my S4 MK3 and I have tried everything under the sun to figure it out. I am at the mercy of Traktor. When im playing in a club or streaming, its super embarrassing when it happens.
Im using a new HP laptop with 32 gigs of ram.
