traktor pro 3 won't play songs with Latin / Roman alphabet

    I don't know if it's because i have latest update but when i go to play a song with an astric example ( Échame la Culpa ) When i load it to a deck i get " FILE CAN NOT BE PLAYED " ( THE FILE MAY BE MISSING, CORRUPT OR UNSUPPORTED. ) File is on my desktop so I know it's not missing. or anything wrong with it for that matter. it is a mp3. if i rename it, as if i were to change É to an E it works no problem. Thanks!

    Anyone know a fix for this? I'm on hp laptop all up to date . Windows 10
