    Hi,

    i'm trying desperately to activate my product (on MAC)
    error message : The Serial number you have tried to activate is not licensed yet. (1021)
    received traktor scratch Pro 2009 september 18th.

    i've send many e-mails to the support center but no answers. I've used the following link : http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?id=regsuppfrm

    the ticket number is 2009091810006802

    I'm tired up of using the demo mode.
    Please, help me.
