Hey I ave been messing with this thing for Hours now and I just cant seem to get it right.
I need to figure out the right configuration on Traktor and my Mixer (Korg Zero 4) to be able to preview and cue up the next track in my head phone

    Quick set up veiw:

I only need two channels as I only use two decks so i use channels 2 and 3 and I use 1 and 4 as effect controls,

Now my issue you is when I try to select a channel to be for montoring It always bleed through I dont know if im doing a user error or what not but how is it supposed to look any one give me help on this or show me a place with detailed instructions and pictures. Im pulling out my hair which is bad cuz im already going bald.

    Hit me back thanks

I am having the same issue.
I believe there is no cue when using Traktor Pro and Korg Zero 4.
Notice how your question has gone unanswered for so long.

    Makes it unusable.
I am trying complete MIDI control between my Zero 4
and Traktor Pro, not only do you not have cue, there are other numerous issues,
not to mention a mian one where every now and then the mixer will just start
screeching with all the channels at full levels.

Completely unusable for real event due to lack of 100% stability.

IF this is not so please some one let me know other wise.

Do you guys have it set up as "External".
    or
Have it "Internal" and are trying to make it 100% MIDI on the Zero 4?

There is a difference in setting them up so it needs to be clarified as Amado says "complete MIDI control "
but Danny you say you "only need two channels ".

So If I read this correctly,
Amado, your Zero4 is set to:
MIDI - MIDI - MIDI - MIDI and TRAKTOR set to INTERNAL

    Danny, yours is:
    MIDI - AUDIO - AUDIO - MIDI
    or
    MIDI - AUDIO/MIDI - AUDIO/MIDI - MIDI
    and TRAKTOR set to EXTERNAL

    Correct?

    Just wanna making it work

Well honestly I dont care about the set up, I just want to be able to prelisten, or cue track b when track a is playing. the MIDI mapping and everything else is fine. Can you just give me a baic set up instruction were I put my headphones into the mixer hit the Cue button on traktor and like VooDoo Magic make it work!

    How does that happen

    OK... ;)

There may be the problem. You need to care about the setup because that's the only way to get it to work but Hey! I SPEAK VOODOO! :p

AFA your specific setup goes, You already did the routing correctly for your config. of:
    CH.1-FX (MIDI)
    CH.2-DECK 1 (AUDIO)
    CH.3-DECK 2 (AUDIO)
    CH.4-FX (MIDI)

    BUT
Just to avoid confusion and to make sure we're on the same page I'm gonna go through the routing...
This setup is straigh through, Deck 1 is Ch 1 on the ZERO 4, 2 is 2 etc....but should allow you to listen to your decks via the CUE on the ZERO4.

So, there will be 2 sets of settings.
    The ZERO4 and TRAKTOR.

    ZERO4:
    AUDIO - AUDIO - AUDIO - AUDIO

Also, in ZERO Edit make sure the outputs, pre-eq read:
    • Ch1=1L+1R
    • Ch2=2L+2R
    • Ch3=3L+3R
    • Ch4=-------- (Empty)
    • MASTER=4L+4R (This will allow you to set up recording in TRAKTOR.)

    TRAKTOR:
    Audio Setup
    Output Device: KORG ASIO Driver

    Output Routing:
    Mixing Mode: EXTERNAL

    Output Channel A
    L1: ZERO 1L OUT
    R2: ZERO 1R OUT

    Output Channel B
    L3: ZERO 2L OUT
    R4: ZERO 2R OUT

    Output Channel C
    L5: ZERO 3L OUT
    R6: ZERO 3R OUT

    Output Channel D
    L7: ZERO 4L OUT
    R8: ZERO 4R OUT

Output Preview & Output Send leave EMPTY.

    Input Routing:

    Input Channel A
    L 1: ZERO 1L IN
    R 2: ZERO 1R IN

    Input Channel B
    L 3:ZERO 2L IN
    R 4:ZERO 2R IN

    Input Channel C
    L 5: ZERO 3L IN
    R 6:ZERO 3R IN

    Input Channel D
    L 7: ZERO 4L IN
    R 8: ZERO 4R IN

    Recording:
    Source Source:EXTERNAL
    External Input: Channel D

This should allow you to listen to your decks via the CUE on the ZERO4.

For your setup, just for the sake of confusion, make sure that your inputs are all in the appropriate channel.

IOW, Since your using Ch 2&3 on the mixer for the decks, use inputs 2&3 on the mixer .
Yes, you can use inputs 1&2 and then re-route them in TRAKTOR but it'll make it easier/less confusing.

    ZERO4:
    MIDI - AUDIO - AUDIO - MIDI

You have your TT's connected to CH 2&3 of the ZERO 4, make sure TRAKTOR Inputs & Outputs match!
    IOW,
Deck A is being controlled by TT1 which is connected to CH 2 on the ZERO 4.
Deck B is being controlled by TT2 which is connected to CH 3 on the ZERO 4.
