Traktor Pro + BCD 2000

edit: or you mean when you toggle between decks AB/CD?well the LEDS dont work properly has it didn´t with T3

 

I mean how do you compensate for jumping values of for example the Eq KNOBs when you switch between deck A/B and C/D. Like when you have the Mid range knob set to its minimum on deck a, then you switch to deck c and tough the mid eq knob again, de mid range value of deck c jumps to value of de mid eq of deck a.
This is very irritating
There is a function called soft takeover for this but is doesn’t seems to work properly in this situation.

I was just curious if you have solved this or just living with it. (seem impossible to me..)

right!it´s the same has in T3,you have to turn the knobs really fast,when you switch decks...dont know about you,but I almost never move the EQ knobs,always use them on 0,some tracks give +1/+2 high &/or mid.
but how is that soft takeover supposed to work?never heard of that!when you switch decks ,the knob in TP turn auto(&soft) to where it is on BCD?that has got to be good!

But it only works when you move the knob with you mouse after you switch from decks and before you touch the knob on the BCD.

I beileve there are a lot users out there how would appriciate a good working soft takeover.

BCD2000 + Traktor Pro + Mac OSX

I have a tsi file and everything seems to work other than the jog wheels? Has anyone got it working on a mac? I have the drivers installed that fix the jog wheel problem in 3.2 but doesn't seem to work for Pro.

 

Im using Mac also! and it work apart from the bug I said in the other post!
MacBook Pro 2.4 (early 08), latest OSX.

i did what you said, but i have a problem now
i dont know how to configure the output for the master and for the pre-listen, i mean, before using your configuration with the jogwheel fix i was able to setup "BCD 2000 Asio" as my audio device, and so, i had in the output Routing:

BCD2000-1
BCD2000-2
BCD2000-3
BCD2000-4

but now, when i use the BCD-2000 Jogwheel Fix, traktor doesnt recognise me the BCD 2000 Asio drivers, it says that it isnt connected. I only can select "Behringer BCD2000WDM V 1.1.1.0" but it has only two output Routings and I need four to use the pre-listen and the monitor at the same time

I dont know why could be, can you help me?

I am here with a question and a tip. After scanning a file from pARty_bOy "TP_Behringer_BCD2000_v1.4.tsi" I notice that many (if not all) the commands are similar.

TIP:
To have a LED light only when held set (like a modifier):
"Controller Range" Min = 1 Max = 7
"Midi-range" Min = 127 Max = 63
Check Invert.

Question:
Have you successfully gotten the "EXT IN A" and "EXT IN B" buttons to trigger the mic or analog inputs? As in Traktor 3 LE.

Hi! Is there any complete guide to get this work included tsi files? I use Bcd 2000 and xp, the most important is to have 2 deck inc fx, jogfix and everything works really good for me?

Hello everybody ! I'm working on new .TSI files for our console.
If you come from the old Traktor 3 + BCD2000 thread, you'll know me and will have maybe tried my previous solution.
Well, the next will be in some days, it will be as the previous: A.M Jogwheel fix + 2 configuration files (one for midi & the BCD, one for keyboard-browsing & preview) + stickers to print & put on your console.
I worked 1 hour on it yesterday night and got everything working, I must only configure FXs & the scratch button, which is not working as it should. If it won't, I'll assign somethig else to it.

Ah, sorry, I forgot, with traktor pro, no more unwanted pauses, even if I keep my battery in its slot!

I cant explain how nice it feel to hear that Daksha do a new setup! very nice!

I have used your setup the last year and feel very familiary with it. I think is time to move on soon to vestax vci 300 or denon 4500 but the bcd has been a cult stuff for me, because they didnt support it but guys like you figured out how it should work!
