Hey guys, I need support n info of you
Really often, when i'm using Traktor for some minutes, the BCD controller just stops working. And when I'm performing it really kills the mood
The NI program doesn't give me crashes or error messages but the audio stops and the midi controller stops responding. Then I need to remove and connect USB again. There were sometimes I had even to reboot to make it work again

What could be causing that? And what can I do to solve this annoying problem?

    Tks, friends

hi and welcome, to help you and find a solution for your problem, please write at least:
    - your OS (Win Vista, XP, Win7 32/64
    - your Traktor (Scratch Pro, Traktor LE, Traktor Duo) and release
    - your settings (internal/external mode)
    - what else is plugged to your computer when you're mixing
    - what are the specs of your computer/mac

you probably still have USB power management activated. Go to the Device Manager and disable it for all your USB controllers .

try to replace the USB cable with a shorter one, use an external power supply for the BCD (if it has a "DC Power In")

Disable the energy saving for the usb root hubs in the device manager, disable modem and set your computer to full performance in energy savings.

Has anyone officially fixed this problem? I've had a similar problem for as long as i can remember, however it only happens when im running anything BUT traktor... winamp, wmp, firefox will all play audio fine through the BCD but then suddenly there's no sound and playback appears to be going at about 1/4 speed, does anyone else have this same issue?

    asus 51sn-x2
    windows 7 32 bit

One more question regarding the BCD3000... My current laptop that runs 32bit Win7 is broken and I may need to buy a new one. Since most new laptops come with Win7 64bit, I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on how that 64bit Behringer driver is working? Or am i gonna have to ditch this thing and a get a new mixer?

Win7 64bit works fine with BCD3000 here on at least 2 computers.
