Traktor Pro disabled decks

Hi,
I'm using Traktor pro and deck B and D are disabled. I can't make any changes to the settings on either of these decks, also the crossfader isn't working either. The button to drag isn't there. Further, if I plug in my Vestax VCI-100 it doesn't control the the decks either. Anyone else having this problem? I'm at my wits end, this started up out of the blue and I've missed a gig, I've formated my computer after a reload of the application didn't help, I'm at stuck for a solution.

have you tried selecting on top right window also you shure its b and d and not c and d ?

 

Hey, yeah I'm sure it's AC/BD the fader has the decks highlighted. I can load items in to deck B and D but when I hit play there's no audio out and the slider just isn't working. When you say click on the top right window where should I click? I have to admit, I'm starting to regret the jump from Traktor 2.5 to Pro.

Sounds like you've got external mixer selected

 

if your issue is sound from fader go to fader and check what deck it will operate on its on each end of cross fader

high lite a c left side and b d right



also on letter of deck arrow click set to internal playback

It's weird, it was fine, I did the update and then this happened. Turns out to be the mixing mode. I guess that change applied when it was updated to the latest build but thanks for the suggestions. It's all working now, I appreciate the help. Now I just miss the beer button from the old version otherwise I'm golden.
