traktor pro suddenly crashes!

    hi!

    i just recently bought traktor pro. everything so far, worked like a charm except everytime when i was select the effects tab, my traktor application closes immediately! can anyone please help as to fix this!

    Macbook pro 2.4 GHz intel Core 2 Duo processor
    4GB RAM

    Welcome To The Forum

    Can you reproduce this crash. Does Traktor crash every time you select an effect.
    Are you in Effects Chained Mode or Advanced ?
    Are you selecting with the trackpad or with a controller?

    hi

    im not sure if im in the Effects Chained Mode or Advanced. all i do is open up the application and at the top right hand corner above deck B it shows a list of all the effects. thats where i select an effect and it crashes.

    Have you got a crash log. You should defintely file this with support.
