    is this combo working , I couldnt find any info about this on NI sites?
    If it does, how does it work?

    Yes, the new version of TDJ2 (2.1) supports the S2 MK2.

    Support for legacy controllers:

    Traktor DJ 2 now works with the previous generation of controllers:

    • Kontrol S2 mk2
    • Kontrol S4 mk2
    • Kontrol Z1 (Play button now enabled)
    Kontrol Z1 mapping notes:
    • Play a deck by hitting MODE + CUE (A or B)
    • The play state each deck will be shown on it’s corresponding CUE button when MODE is pressed
