Hi, I just bought a mac book pro yesterday...
    I bought a set of M-Audio AV30 swell

I've set up my Traktor with 2 X RCA from Main Out to my Speakers, I've always done with my PC and Always Work,

Now with my Mac Book Pro as soon as I put the Audio device to Traktor S4 (core audio) there is a cracking sound even with no song playing ! So I cannot play any song

I've change my 2XRCA cable = same Problem

I've try to update my Driver = Same Problem

I first taught it was my new M-Audio AV30 that was the problem so I went to plug everything on my PC and It work Perfectly.

So I guess its a Mac book Pro audio card or driver or I need to Download something ?

But when I put built in it work great with a Audio jack from my laptop to my Speakers !
the problem is like this I cannot used my HeadPhone

Is there anyone who had this problem before ?
    Please Help me !

Sorry For my English ! I'm french canadian :p

Anyone ever had this problem ? anyone know how to fix this ?

Have you tried adjusting Latency settings in the S4 Control Panel?

I had the same problem. It is definitely the USB port. Here's the workaround that helped me solve the issue:

As far as I know it basically downgrades all your USB ports back to 2.0 speed so any USB3.0 devices connected will not be able to run at full speed.

Use the latest drivers and you won't need to bother with Kexts.
