Traktor S4 with DVS Vinyl

    Hi,

    I'm soo close to buying an S4 I can almost taste it.

    Just wondering, whats the situation with DVS - If I buy the S4 straight out the box with the bundled software, can I just buy some traktor timecode vinyl and it will work - by connecting my technics to the S4

    or do I have to buy something else as well?

    Assuming you'll want to use Traktor's DVS, you'll need to buy the Traktor Scratch upgrade kit for the S4. With that (and TCV or TCCD), you'll have what you need.

    yes you well need s4 upgrade kit i had trrouble with the upgrade i put the serial # and i opened traktor but the time code vinyl was off on ((DECK A)) and ((DECK B)) so i tryed my set up and still was off wat i did to fix this was i went to ((((perferences then to ur ((input routing)) INPUT A L-R not connected INPUT B L-R not connected (INPUT C and D is connected but you dont want C and D you want A and B so put in ((input A - L cl))((input A - R cr))((input B - L Dl))((input B - R Dr)) then it should work :)
