Traktor S8 doesn’t start the orange screen

    Hello everyone,
    I hope you are doing great.
    This afternoon I have plugged my Traktor s8 and as you can see from the pictures, that when I am turning on the controller the screen stay black and doesn’t turn orange. Usually I used to see on the screen all the names of the song but today I don’t know what is happened. I have check if was a problem of driver but the driver are all updated. What I have to do to start playing again?

    It looks like the USB cable then... the screens should turn orange when connected to the computer with the drivers installed, from my experience.., do you have another USB-B to USB-A cable to check this?

    Thanks for the reply. I have tried another cable but screen stay black as you can see in the photo. I will buy a new cable tomorrow and I will let you know.

    Have you tried on other USB ports of your computer or on another computer to discard any computer related issue, by the way?
