Traktor Scratch Calibration Problems

    i recently just bought the audio 4 dj to setup with my technics turntable. Once i load traktor up, and but the needle on the timecode vinyl its detects everything just fine, it sees that its either a 1o or 15 mon vinyl; however the calibration bar on the right will go up and down, i see the two cirlces wheelin around in the box, but it still will come up as calib failed. im not 100% sure where to strart troubleshooting from since im new to using vinyl, but if anyone can help, that would be phenominal.

    Remove the cardridge from the tonearm, you see now 4 contacts points inside the tonearm.Clean them with alcohol and also clean the contact points from your cardridge.
    Check if your needle is still good.
    Also check your cabling again and reconnect.
