    What's up guys?
    So... after saving money for new turntables and a better software, i decided to get traktor scratch 2 with audio 6, i tried installing the software and i found out you can only install it if you had the previous version of traktor scratch. So i basically bought it for nothing :( , i can only run de demo for like 20. im pissed that i waste my money like that. The main reason i bought it its because i didnt wanna download it illegally. I guess i have to do it now? i really dont want to.
    I need some advice and help please! i need a sofware to get my set running.

    hope you have not the update package for "previous versions" where did you bought your software?

    i bought it on the local dj store. it was brand new.

    the website says:
    TRAKTOR SCRATCH DUO 2 Software, TRAKTOR AUDIO 6 Audio Interface, NI POWER SUPPLY, 4x RCA cable, 2x Timecode Vinyl, 2x Timecode CD, PDF manual, Quickstart Guide.

    It doesnt say its only for an upgrade. i feel like they ripped me of. maybe im wrong?

    Take it back. Looks like they gave you the upgrade instead of the full version.

    i dont think i can take it back, is there any way i can buy traktor pro so i can upgrade it? anyone selling one?

    Why on earth not. If you paid for a full version of the product then they are obliged by law to give it to you.

    Of course I'm making assumptions here. I assume you did buy the full version. How much did you pay for it?

    what did you pay for the package? you can easily make out from the price tag if it was an upgrade or a full version.

    also contact registration support, they can tell you from the serial number you have, what package you have!
