Traktor scratch Pro.Cant Activate.still waiting for NI to answer..

    I am a registered user of traktor3 and traktor scratch.I got an email from NI for a free update to TSPro.
    The download started but did not complete due to bandwith and connectivity problems. When I wrote to NI about the problem[Ticket#2008110410000215] , I got an email stating that the download's validity has been extended and that i should resume or restart the download...but when i try to do so ,i get an error message that says that the coupon number has been used already.
    I mentioned this problem to NI again [Ticket#2008110610001578] on the 6th of November . There is still no response or resolution.
    In the meantime ,I have a demo version where evrything looks interesting,but unable to activate it either through service centre as there was no serial number sent by email.Pls help...
