Traktor Scratch Pro doesn't show up on "Not Installed"

I have recently updated my laptop to a new Macbook Air.

When I tried running Traktor, it requested me to 1. Demo 2. Buy or 3. Activate.

When I tried to activate, it would automatically close without opening a new browser.

I then decided to uninstall and re-install the scratch pro. So I went ahead and deleted the application on my Mac.

I tried installing Native Access and put in my Serial Number for the scratch pro and Native Access confirms it has been registered.

However, when I go to "Not installed" and click refresh I can't find the new file?

Please advise how I get this because I am not able to use my Traktor S8 without "TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2 MK2 for TKS8". (See screenshot of confirmation below - it recognises my serial code but then why doesn't it show up on NI?)

But if you got a new computer y was it installed already on the old one? But if yes you can't register it a second time, you then just install native access, log in and then traktor should be there. If you now log in to your account online and go to the my products page do you see traktor?

    Thanks for the reply.

I backed up my old computer and transferred over everything but hadn't used the app. When I tried using it, I didn't allow me to active it. Perhaps because it is not properly supported by the new mac?

If I go to my product page I have the Traktor Pro there:

With the serial number and "download on Native Access". But it doesn't show up on the native access app, hence:

Is there some other way of installing it? Or making it appear on the "Not Installed Products page"?
