Traktor Scratch Pro hardware activation?

    Hi guys,

    I've just bought a used Traktor Scratch Pro (comes with Audio 8) from a friend of mine. I'm trying to register the hardware (with the serial under my hardware) to my account but it says invalid serial.

    Anybody can assist me on this?

    Hello cbellj and welcome to the forum.

    Your friend needs to contact NI to remove the Serial Number from his Account, then you should be able to register it on yours.

    if you still have problems, raise a Registration Support ticket and attach the email from NI confirming removal of the Serial Number from your friend's account.

    remove both the serial number for TSP and the Audio 8 hardware? how should he do that? through email? and if you don't mind can you give me the email address?

    how many computers can I activate TSP2 on?

    Hi I found an older post dated May 2010 stating that there is a limit of 2 computers that Traktor can be activated on at once. Is that the same for Traktor Scratch Pro 2?
